Return Assistance

Vibes Modular Return Policy

  • Products for any return request must have been purchased directly from www.vibesmodular.com.
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase. If your return request is approved, Vibes Modular will issue an authorized RMA#.
  • All return requests must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from vibesmodular.com.
  • All returns must include an authorized RMA# on the shipping label. Returned packages sent to us without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
  • All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of issuance of the RMA#.
  • Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to Vibes Modular
  • Returned product must be unopened and in like-new, with original packaging, in resalable condition
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Clearance or discontinued items are not returnable.
